About this Workshop
As team leaders, we often only get one shot to convince higher leadership to grant time, budget or resources for important ideas and features to come to life. The problem is, as designers we tend to speak design, instead of translating and adapting our message for the right stakeholders. In this hands-on workshop, Jeroen and Marlen from global strategic design agency Koos will show you how to communicate value beyond desirability, and get your buy-in, with the help of prototyping with numbers (business metrics), and clear formulation of your recommendations.
