Who can volunteer?
Any person with the capacity to be onsite in Berlin on September 4th, 5th and 6th. We welcome anyone interested regardless of age, sex, gender or nationality that is legally allowed to volunteer in Europe.
How does it work?
Apply with the form below and you will be assigned into one of the following modules, which define a scheme of work/free time.

Check in and greet attendees in the morning. Requires being at the venue from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Check in and greet attendees throughout the day. Requires being at the venue from 8:00 AM.
Check in and greet attendees from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and enjoy the rest of the day as an attendee.

Work 1/2 day to help make sure everything is going smoothly in our Workshop Rooms. Requires being at the venue from 9:00 AM.
Work 1/2 day helping people find their way and giving information, and get the other half off to enjoy the conference. Requires being at the venue from 9:00 AM.

Assist in the preparation for the next day from 10 AM to 6 PM
Enjoy the conference as an attendee during the day, and assist in packing up from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Welcome attendees into our Dome Stage and monitor capacity levels throughout the day. You’ll be able to able to watch the talks while you work. Requires being at the venue from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Check in attendees and help out with our Roundtable Rooms and Podcast Room from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You’ll be able to participate in the roundtable sessions once attendees have been checked in.
