Why is Hatch Conference invitation only?

We've tailored Hatch to be relevant for designers in a specific position of their career. We do not restrict the tickets to exclude others, but to actually generate a very special environment that allows our audience to have a space where everyone has a similar background an experience, guaranteeing relevant networking.

Do you offer group tickets?

Yes, if you plan to come with 5 team members or more, message us at info@hatchconference.com to get a voucher for 10% discount on the regular price.

Which days can I attend?

You can choose to attend a single day, two days or the three days. When booking bundles (the Conference Day + one other days) we offer €60 and €150 discounts.

Do I need to get approved to get online passes?

No, the online conference is not restricted and you can just purchase tickets.

What does my ticket include?

Your onsite ticket entitles you to access all areas, and grants you free drinks and coffee, as well as breakfast, lunch (and for day 5 and 6, dinner). You will also be able to access the recordings of all stages about a week after the conference is over for the next 12 months. If you purchase a ticket for day 1 or 2, you'll also have the choice between workshops.

If I apply, do I have to buy a ticket?

No, applications are just to get an invite to purchase. Then it's up to you to decide whether you come or not. However, you won't be able to buy tickets for other people if you haven't bought one for yourself.
