About this Workshop
Design has been partially isolated from strategic discussions for a while — it’s time to change that and make design function equally involved in strategic thinking on different levels. Great products that achieved business success have combined both: high-quality user experience and growth strategies. We can’t isolate one from another, and today we will practice how to create an environment for designers to drive positive change while being more business-focused.
What you’ll learn
We will take a business context from one of the top tech products (e.g. Canva, Loom, etc.), and use the insights that I gather directly from their company leader on Growthmates interview. Then we will use it as a foundation to uncover the growth opportunity and practice in building a business case around it.
