About this Workshop
As leaders - the responsibility you have is to ensure a successful design team. However, the success of your org is governed by your ability to demonstrate impact. So what does impact mean in your context (rather than the generic stuff you see on Social Media? How should it be measured? What do you need to make this happen - from the team, processes, to people to involve? If you’ve ever felt stuck as a design leader at company, ever felt like you spoke different languages, could get things to click, or don’t feel understood by the rest of the org - this is the session for you.
