Hang is a former product designer who, in late in 2022, became the founding talent agent of Collective Supply , a recruitment agency that matches senior UX talent with companies who have ethical hiring practices. Before founding Collective Supply, Hang was a Senior Staff UX Designer at Boston Dynamics, one of the world’s leading robotics companies. There, Hang led the UX, UI and service design for the company’s first warehouse automation robot, called Stretch. Hang also previously worked as a Product Design Lead for Diligent Corporation, Principal UX Lead for Gemini.com, and Product Designer for Bloomberg
Silke is a Design and DesignOps Executive, visionary strategist & system thinker with 20yrs experience in large, complex organizations such as PepsiCo, Mars, Beiersdorf, Vodafone. She focuses on successfully integrating design into business and transforming organizations through Design at scale + DesignOps based on her design-to-business framework. To deliver business targets, elevate brand leadership and explore new value spaces, she shifts design out of service and pipeline delivery, scales from task to cross-functional, systemic programs and rethinks orgs and flows being e2e &interconnected. She has won awards for both, Design Leadership and iconic brand designs and experiences e.g. NIVEA.
Having worked in design recruitment through COVID, following market growth and the downturn she is ok with saying "I have seen it all". Now, she is building a strong design community where everyone has a chance to succeed in their careers.Lena brings talent to employers, employers to talent, and knowledge about best hiring practices to those who are ready for their next step. In the meantime, she loves to discuss and challenge the “norms” of recruitment and relationships among candidates, recruiters, and companies.
Dilara is a multidisciplinary design & product leader based in Berlin. 11 years in design across New York and Berlin, She has led various teams and developed products loved by millions worldwide. Her experience spans building products from 0-1 across Europe, the US, and APAC, uplevelling existing products, and growing design organisations including Klarna, Delivery Hero, Checkout.com. Currently she is working as a fractional design leader and advancing her coaching practice in the meantime. Beyond work, she is deeply engaged with her art, psychology, journaling and singing.
Nathan lives in Munich and is a senior designer at Volue. After working 1.5 years in his last company, he was a victim of mass layoffs and once he was able to get a new job, it happened again.
