In this candid conversation, we’ll be sharing experiences, strategies, and techniques when it comes to negotiating salaries in a down UX market. What are we experiencing in our job hunts? How has the offer negotiation process changed? What can we do better?
Roundtables are slots dedicated to discussions with no more than 16 participants around a specific topic. Hang is a former product designer who, in late in 2022, became the founding talent agent of Collective Supply , a recruitment agency that matches senior UX talent with companies who have ethical hiring practices.
Before founding Collective Supply, Hang was a Senior Staff UX Designer at Boston Dynamics, one of the world’s leading robotics companies. There, Hang led the UX, UI and service design for the company’s first warehouse automation robot, called Stretch. Hang also previously worked as a Product Design Lead for Diligent Corporation, Principal UX Lead for Gemini.com, and Product Designer for Bloomberg
