We’re still months away from HATCH24, but we’ve got something special to share:

After the success of last year’s Leadership Ateliers day (which sold out in 2 weeks and left a waitlist of over 100 people!) we are bringing a new, two-day Leadership Ateliers to Berlin and Barcelona!

A hands-on event where a small cohort of early design leaders get to choose between different workshops and masterclasses to level up on leadership skills and confidence with the help of some of the top facilitators and coaches in Europe.

If you ever felt you needed some help with topics as:

• transitioning from IC to management

• dealing with conflict and difficult conversations

• coaching your team and helping them and yourself with career topics
