All we can tell you about Hatch 2025 (for now)
Many of you have messaged to ask us about dates, prices and information about our conference to start your request for companies to approve your participation for our event on September 10-12, so we thought it was time to give you an update!

Without any announcements made yet, over 400 people have already signed up for a Hatch 2025 invite. Those who attended last year won't need one, but if you haven't and plan to attend in 2025, we recommend you apply soon here.
#1: We're keeping 2024 prices! 🥳
We know many L&D budgets have suffered this year, and we're excited to announce that thanks to our wonderful 2025 sponsors we'll be able to keep last year's prices and deliver the same quality and content you know! In case you need a reminder, here are the prices:
👉 Conference Onsite - Sep 12: €330 + VAT
👉 Conference Online - Sep 12: €50 + VAT
👉 Workshop Days - Sep 10 & 11: From €300 to €600 + VAT
You'll be able to save up to €150 getting 2 or 3 day ticket bundles.Ticket sales will begin March 17th, 10 AM CET
#2: Which day should you join?
The 3 days of the event are quite different: September 10th is called Builder's Day and will consist in special workshops on AI, Craft, Automation, Accessibility, Design Systems and other useful advanced topics for senior ICs.
September 11th is our Strategy & Biz Day and here you'll be able to select among a series of 10 half-day workshops with the best coaches teaching you about design strategy and business. Only 100 places available.
The Conference Day will keep its 2 stages and bring leaders and makers from around the globe from some companies you know, and others you gotta know. As we finalize the first big names, we can already share that the first announcements and full workshop list will come on March 11th.
We'll announce our first four speakers, as well as all workshops for our Builder's Day and Strategy & Biz Day, plus a very special workshop from a star speaker.
#3: Making sure you get a ticket
We anticipate an even higher demand than last year, and this can cause some of the workshop days especially to not last very long. So we recommend to start putting your request with your company to approve the expense and apply for an invitation if you haven't already.
#4: A special benefit for Ateliers participants
In case you were thinking of joining our Leadership Ateliers in April and May in Lisbon, Barcelona and Berlin, but also didn't want to miss Hatch, we're happy to announce that we will be raffling 2 pairs of Hatch tickets for each Ateliers city among those ticketholders, and also offer a 40% discount on Conference Day tickets for those attending any of the 3 Ateliers events.
